Both the professionals and customers/clients can view the statuses of these appointments on the top left of the appointment card.
- Pending - Requests sent by clients but not approved by the client as of yet.
- Approved - Appointments that have been approved and waiting to be completed. Only a professional can approve an appointment.
- Completed - Appointments that the services have been rendered and paid for. Only a professional can complete an appointment.
- Cancelled - Appointments that have been cancelled by the professional or customer/client.
